Gift Vouchers make the perfect present and are available to purchase in a variety of options.
Vouchers can be bought in any amount of 'credit' or an entire shoot or product can be purchased.
How to order:
I don’t currently offer an option to purchase vouchers directly from my website however, you can order a voucher by either filling out this form below, messaging my Facebook page here or by coming into the studio to purchase one directly and one can be created for you.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or card at the studio.
Voucher Terms and Conditions:
Please ensure you have read below fully before voucher purchase
· Your voucher must be used before the expiry date (Vouchers are valid for 6 months)
· Your voucher is non-refundable
· Your voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
If you’ve been lucky enough to winner a gift voucher with a % discount, this is not applicable to any Wedding packages.
· Your voucher lifetime cannot be extended under any conditions with the exception of national lockdowns where it would in fact be against government law to go ahead. In this only circumstance, the voucher can be extended for the same period of time we are in that particular lockdown.
· Your voucher can be used towards a bigger package
· If your voucher is a location shoot, your shoot must be within 30 miles of Swaffham, norfolk or travel expenses apply.
· If your voucher is of credit e.g '£10 credit' it can be used towards any shoot or print/canvas order.
· It is highly advisable that you get in touch to book your voucher asap to avoid disappointment with availability.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or shoots
Weekend Availability
Please note that weekend availability is always first to go so if you are looking to book a voucher for a specific date or have a voucher and you would prefer a weekend shoot, please get in touch asap once received to avoid disappointment. I will do my best to accommodate you on the dates you may wish to use your voucher however this is not always possible so there for you may need to redeem your voucher on a weekday, weekday evening or halfterm instead.
Please note as we approach spring/summer months most weekends are already booked out for Weddings. If your recipient is going to require a weekend slot, it would be highly advisable that we discuss my availability before purchase to avoid disappointment should they require a weekend - once the voucher is purchased, this is non-refundable and non-extendable.
